Faith Is Not A Struggle

Have you ever blamed yourself for not having enough faith in a particular situation? You may even go as far as to confess that to your friends, “If only I had enough faith, I would see the manifestation of God’s promise.”
Faith should not be a struggle – unless you make it one. Many people convince themselves that if only they had more faith they would be healed, their families would be reconciled, their finances would improve, and the list goes on.
The good news is we are each given a measure of faith. It is a gift. What you do with that gift is up to you. There is NO struggle when you understand where faith comes from. “Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God” Romans 10:17.
Hearing is the key. Read the Word. Repeat the Word. Pray the answers in the Word. God cannot lie – His Word is never ‘sometimes’ but always ‘yes and amen.’ There are no suggestions in the Bible.
When you hear the truth – it sets you free. If you refuse to ‘hear’ the truth, you will not experience the manifestation of the promise. God made it simple. Man complicates it.You Do Not Need To Ask For More Faith

Hearing is not merely reading, memorizing, and repeating scripture. Hearing the Rhema Word – the Word that gets into your heart – is the living Word of God spoken directly from God’s Word (His mouth) to your spirit.
When you learn to listen to what God is saying to your spirit and act accordingly, you will see the answer. You can begin to rejoice even before you see the manifestation of that promise. You have that assurance from God’s Word in your heart that makes it happen.
You do not need to try to conjure up faith – it builds as you hear and obey the Word God speaks to your heart. It is not complicated.
I would not want to live my life any other way. No matter what trauma experienced in my life, I kept God’s promise foremost in my sight. I prayed the answer – not the problem by thanking him in advance for what He promised He would do.
If you sense God is speaking to you through your spirit, confirm it with the Word. They will never contradict each other. This also applies to what we hear others say that God told them. If it does not line up with Scripture – it was not God speaking to them.
A Natural Process

It is a natural process of your faith growing. This is how you can rejoice and begin to praise God for resolving any situation because you have the confirmation in your heart and God’s Word. This is how the JOY of the Lord is our strength – no matter what we are going through.
Doubt, fear, and anxiety flee and there is no need to struggle with them.
Galatians 3:2-5 shows us that the hearing of faith and the works of the law are total opposites. The works of the law are strictly our futile efforts. There is no self-effort in faith.
The more you look at yourself and what you think you need to accomplish to receive any blessing, the further you will be from receiving what God said is already yours – the gift of faith.
There is nothing wrong with God or His Word and guess what? There is nothing wrong with you through the blood of Jesus. Your job is to not waver in your faith and trust God completely to fulfill what He has promised.
Instead of concentrating on what is or could be wrong with you – start looking at what is right with you because of Christ living in your spirit. That is when you will start to see the explosion of miracles in your life that you always wished you could have.
Because of the blood of Jesus, you have been made righteous. When you understand that you have the BLOOD-BOUGHT RIGHT to be healed, experience financial breakthroughs, see your family following Christ, and enjoy restoration in your marriage – you will become conscious of the faith you already have.
Why? Because the more you grasp what Christ has already done for you, the more faith springs up in your heart.
A Miracle-Producing Faith

Smith Wigglesworth was a straightforward talking Yorkshire lad with little education, no training, and no credentials. But he shook the world with his miracle-producing faith.
For forty years, spectacular healings and deliverances followed his preaching of the Gospel in many nations of the world.
Smith said, “I am not moved by what I see. I am not moved by what I feel. I am moved by what I know and believe.”
- Believing is the action part of faith.
- Faith changes hope into reality.
- Faith is acting and confession in the face of contrary evidence!
- Faith counts the thing done BEFORE we see it
- God honors faith.
- God requires faith.
- God responds to faith.
- God is a FAITH GOD and faith compels Him to move on our behalf.
It is NOT God’s fault when something does not work out as we wanted it to. God never fails. We do. God does not change. We do. God does not question. We do.
Prayer Does Not Change God; It Changes Things
In conclusion he said:
“There are four principles we need to maintain:
- Read the Word of God
- Consume the Word of God until it consumes you and you speak it out
- Believe the Word of God
- Act on the Word of God
Remember the action – is belief.”
