What Is Unconscious Faith - And Why It Matters

What is unconscious faith?
Remember the story on this channel when someone was standing over my bed in the middle of the night attempting to attack me? I was at complete peace – I KNEW they could not touch me.
I did not have time to pray for protection or even THINK ABOUT IT – the peace was just THERE.
Walking in Unconscious Faith Through God’s Grace

As you understand grace and are delivered from the works of the law, faith will no longer be a struggle because you will walk with unconscious faith. You will never wonder – after hearing stories like this one – would I have had enough faith?
It is simple. Everything that you receive from God, you receive by faith in His grace. We walk by faith. We fight the good fight of faith. Faith saved us. Faith heals us. We are made righteous by faith.
Christian life is a life of faith and understanding God’s grace. The more we understand and receive that, the more His grace springs forth through us.
The Danger of Relying on Your Own Faith

One problem many have is that they put their faith in their “own” faith, and it didn’t work.
READ THAT AGAIN: Our problem was that we put our faith in our “own” faith, and it didn’t work.
Many people put their faith in certain ministries or rely on friends or pastors to pray for them. Why? Because they feel someone else has more faith than they do. The Bible tells us that each of us has been given a measure of faith. It is up to us to develop and nurture that within ourselves.
Faith Works by God’s Love, Not Ours

Faith works by love. This is not about our love, but His love for us.
Faith is not trying to make something that is not already there happen. Faith is revealing what is already in your spirit.
You do not confess that you are righteous to become righteous. You confess that you are righteous because you are already righteous! When we confess it with our mouths, we hear it with our ears and become more conscious of it. Faith will spring forth unconsciously.
This is how we can walk in victory instead of defeat in any area of our lives.
Moving Beyond Sin-Consciousness to Freedom in Faith

Over many years of sharing the Word of God, I am amazed at how many people still believe the traditional teaching of the importance of being sin-conscious.
It is NOT scripturally accurate and has done tremendous damage to those who have bought this lie. They are constantly aware of their sins and in fear of impending judgment. They believe that if something ‘bad’ happens, it was because of sin in their lives.
Yet, the entire New Testament shows us that Jesus died once—once for all our sins. When He looks at us, He sees His Son. He sees us clean and righteous before Him. This is not because of what we have or have not done, but because of what He did for us.
We can never repay what He has done for us. He only asks us to trust Him and apply His Word, His truth, to our lives.
Living in Victory with Unconscious Faith

When you walk by unconscious faith, your life is no longer ruled by struggle, fear, or doubt. You live in the simplicity of trusting God’s grace, letting faith naturally flow from what is already in your spirit.
