How To Rewrite Your Life

In 1970, while playing college football, Ken Kunken suffered a devastating spinal cord injury that left him paralyzed from the neck down. Doctors said he would never walk again. Worse, some suggested his best option for a career would be selling magazine subscriptions over the phone.
But Ken Kunken had a different vision.
And instead of asking, “Why me?” he dared to ask, “Why not?”
How To Rewrite Your Life

Most people would have stopped dreaming. But Ken didn't. He turned despair into determination. He didn't just recover—he rewrote the story of his life.
After a long and difficult hospitalization, Ken returned to Cornell University to finish his undergraduate degree in engineering. He then earned a Master of Arts in education from Cornell, and later, a Master of Education in psychology from Columbia University.
And he was just getting started.

Rewrite Your Life... And Overcome!
Ken's journey is not just about perseverance—it’s also a love story. Despite being told he could never father children, Ken became the proud biological father of triplets. His life continues to defy every expectation placed upon him.
Ken Kunken didn’t just survive. He soared.

Whether you're facing challenges, doubts, or detours in your journey, Ken’s story reminds us all: You can rewrite your life.
Rewrite it with courage.
Rewrite it with hope.
Rewrite it with the fierce belief that your current chapter doesn’t define the whole story.
Because some men see things as they are and say, “Why?”
But the ones who change the world, like Ken Kunken, dream of things that never were and say, “Why not?”
